If an employee is dismissed for one of the health and safety-related reasons listed below, they can bring an unfair dismissal claim no matter how long they have been employed. This applies if the employee:
-  undertakes health and safety-related activities as instructed by the employer;
-  performs legitimate activities as a member of the health and safety committee (ΒΆ3150+;
