 In addition to procedural documentation, employers are required to have measures in place to protect and consult with their workers. Usually, companies will have a noticeboard for all such information. Where a noticeboard is used, it is important that old notices are removed so that people do not make the assumption that they have read what is on the noticeboard and no longer need to pay attention to it. Also, having many posters on a noticeboard can put workers off reading it and make it difficult to find the relevant information, as well as presenting a fire hazard.
